What Is Full Arch Restoration?
Full arch restoration replaces all the teeth in your upper or lower jaw with a secure set of implant-supported prosthetic teeth. Instead of relying on removable dentures, this treatment uses several dental implants to anchor your new teeth in place. The result feels natural, stays stable, and supports your long-term oral health.
This option is often ideal for people with multiple damaged or missing teeth, long-standing dental problems, or anyone who wants a permanent solution. Unlike traditional dentures, full mouth dental implants protect your jawbone, which supports a healthier facial shape over time.

Hi, I'm Bonnie and I live in Manor on the lake. Most of my dental work throughout my mouth was done in my early 20s and almost every tooth in my mouth had been filled. I lost one of my front teeth and it was almost like an implant and it lasted till 2020 when it started loosening up. The dentist took it out, gave me a partial. I had to worry that the partial was going to fall out as it was eating. So if I wanted to eat for the rest of my life this was my best choice. Bonnie came in, she was missing some teeth in a I had a hard time chewing so we got a scan. We did our digital scans, we did our digital X-rays and we came with a plan for Bonnie to replace her teeth. That was one of my luckiest days being Doctor Connor. He just made me feel comfortable with the whole process and being able to find any restaurant I want to go to, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. Long term Bonnie, I want her to eat what she wants to eat. I want her to smile when she wants to smile. So basically I want her just to not worry about her teeth.

Our Approach to Full Arch Restoration
You deserve care that feels thoughtful and personal. At Westshore Periodontics & Dental Implants, we bring years of experience and advanced training to every full arch case. Our team uses innovative digital tools to plan your treatment with accuracy, which helps create steady, reliable results.
We talk through every step so you always know what to expect. During your implant procedure, we focus on minimizing discomfort while keeping you safe. If you need temporary teeth while you heal, we make sure they look natural and feel comfortable, so you can live your life with confidence throughout the process.
The Full Arch Restoration Process
At your initial consultation, we’ll learn about your goals, your dental history, and how tooth loss has affected your daily life. Then we use advanced digital scans, X-rays, and CT imaging to study your bone structure and plan the number of implants needed for full arch reconstruction.
Once we understand your needs, we create a clear treatment plan. We walk you through your timeline, the cost of full mouth restoration, and what your new teeth will look like. You’ll never feel rushed, and all of your questions are welcome.
During treatment, several implants are placed along the jaw to support your new teeth. These implants act like roots and help your restoration feel steady and natural. The procedure is predictable and performed with safety in mind. Many patients receive temporary teeth soon after the procedure, so they can smile and function while the implants heal.
Recovery is steady and manageable. We give you a simple guide to help minimize discomfort and protect the implants as they integrate with the bone. Follow-up visits allow us to check your progress and make sure your healing stays on track.
The process usually includes:
- A full exam and a plan tailored to your needs
- Implant placement that supports long-term stability
- Healing and integration before your final teeth are placed
Who Is a Candidate for Full Arch Restoration?
Full arch restoration works well for many people who have lost multiple teeth or feel frustrated with dentures. Good bone support helps, but bone grafting can sometimes make treatment possible when support is low. We also review your overall health to ensure the implants can heal properly. Our goal is to find an approach that gives you the strongest, longest-lasting result.
